Today was the first day of school, and my first day with my grade 6 class. I'm so excited to be student teaching in such a great class. I really couldn't be happier. Unwinding now with tea and good music.
I just had my last day of student teaching with my class. I loved having the opportunity to spend a couple months with those amazing kids! I had an ice cream sundae party for them, and they gave me a "teacher bag" they all signed, and a book of letter that they wrote to me. I almost cried. I was showing the book to Aaron when I got home, and Findlay wandered up and sat right on top of it when we were in the middle of reading it!
